I've created the cleaning routine and put it into Todoist, but I've failed to actually follow the routine thus far. Barely surviving as of late.

I'll start the habit of just moving in the morning for now. I'll start with just stretching tomorrow morning. Beyond starting the ritual, I don't expect much progress for awhile since I'll be sliced open in the OR next week.
I'll mark this complete if I've gone 3 months without cigarettes. 2 weeks down.
