Finally, finally managed to find how to fit this in around work and school and have just upgraded from 5 lbs to 8 lbs! Feeling really good and it's surprising how quick you get results.
Struggling a lot to fit this in around schoolwork and work work. I'll keep playing with my schedule for it. I definitely notice the difference both physically and mentally when I can manage.
Starting out with some tiny little 5 lb ones and just a few reps each. I'll increase the reps every week and see how that feels.
