I did a pretty consistent job for the second week. I am starting to feel my thighs tighten and my hips look more shapely. My arms are starting to get more muscles. My abs are really coming in quickly. I can see the form without even having to scrunch anything! I feel stronger!

I feel like a woman in a cafe who is seducing herself. My hair is still getting longer. I want it to be all of the way down my back by my 29th birthday this summer, but I don't plan on trimming it. I need to start wearing it up more and taking my vitamins to make it grow! I honestly wish it could be a few inches longer by May 26th, because that is the day I am going to see a few enemies at an event, so I want to have drop dead gorgeous hair so I can flip it (so snarky) :O

Results of March 11- March 17 WORKOUT
I did a pretty good job for my first week. The issue is that I got "girl sick" and so I did my best to do the exercises, I just felt so weak and exhausted. I am starting to see a line in my abs. It was hidden beneath the bloating, I guess. Anyway, I am beginning to notice the exercises that show immediate results on my body. The leg raises definitely give me a burn. My thighs feel thicker afterward. The belly dance movements really work out my abs. I feel so many muscles moving when I do them. I didn't get to do qigong or the inversion, but I will this next session.
Onto week 2! Going to be ripped by May 26th!

Level Up 2018: Change #1. Cleaning Out My Closet
I want to improve myself. I want to improve my entire life. I want to level up, boss up, be better than the year before. Doing this lifestyle change means that I have to transform even the most minute areas of my life such as my personality traits and even my level of intellect. But I want to begin with simple changes. The first thing that is about to get a makeover is my closet (my dressers will come next). My closet is filled with clothes, but I have only bought 10 percent or less of these clothes. Most of them, my mother gave to me. It is sweet, but I can't fit some of they simply are not my style. So I am cleaning out my closet to make room for the new! I am cleaning out my closet so that I may dress like the new me!

with no GPS to my heart.

I started a new Youtube channel which focuses primarily on book reviews. I have been more active with my other Youtube channel and it has been very helpful and therapeutic. I don't mind if nobody watches it, I simply enjoy doing it. I think I may do a Youtube video about oracle cards...

I was learning to roast potato cubes. It was easy, but my downfall was I put too much garlic salt. I will never add that much garlic salt or seasoning salt ever again. I want to make this again but roast them longer, because I can't tell if this is the before or after photo hahahaha
I want to begin wrapping my hair but I don't know how to explain it to my job. I feel more elegant and spiritual when I wear the wrap, but I am sure I need some type of religious reason to cover my head. So what I am going to do is be unwrapped at work and wrapped outside of work. Wrapping is also a protective style if you wrap properly without being too tight and by using the correct fabrics (preferably silk or satin)
It has been a challenge for me to be consistent not only with my water and vitamins, but also to stop eating soda and candy. I know there is an emotional reason for me craving soda and candy so adamantly. When I figured out it is so some subconscious reason, I decided I needed to fix it. I went cold turkey on soda and candy but I still had cravings. What is helping me with lessening the cravings is the EFT tapping. I swear, it is increasing my willpower of not eating candy or drinking soda! Sometimes, I don't even have a craving, it is only when I am near the soda and candy. I need to tap even more.
I have been in the process of changing my style. I feel like I am not bold enough with my clothes. I feel like I am drowning in the usual clothes I wear. This day, I was trying to be sophisticated looking whilst eating my bowl of cereal. I wanted to feel golden so I put on lots of golden things. I want to dress in a more sensual manner but I don't know how far is too far. I don't want to dress to matronly or too young. When I become a model, I want to learn how to wear clothes properly so I can look elegant but youthful.
I have always wanted my hair curled and I finally got the chance to have it curled. I couldn't stop playing with my hair, it was so spiral-like. It almost didn't feel like my hair. When I become a model, I am going to make sure I find out all of the things I can do with my hair. I want to have fun with my hair...
When I become a model one day, I want to model with scarves.
This is my attempt at sauteing chicken tenderloins. I steamed some vegetable and rice to go with it. I still don't know if I did it correctly. Did I have it too high on heat? Too low? I don't know. I incorporated butter in the chicken. I dislike butter and I am also lactose intolerant, but I am adding grass fed butter to my meals in order to heal my cavities.

Baked chicken tenderloins???
This is my first new meal in learning how to cook. I was not taught how to cook as a child or a teenager. I have been experimenting (disastrously) with food for about two or three years. I have stuck to certain easy dishes. I am now stepping out and being brave. So this first dish is SUPPOSED to be baked chicken tenderloins. I can't tell if it is delicious or simply all wrong because I am the only person I live with so there is no tongue to critique me, except for my own. I ate the chicken and it wasn't DELICIOUS but it wasn't TERRIBLE. It was edible and decent. I don't know how tender it should have been. It was between tender and firm.
How I made it was I rubbed butter on aluminum foil and put it in a pan. I rubbed some of the moisture off of the tenderloins and placed them on the foil. I rubbed it with a little butter and a little olive oil. I seasoned it with a little bit of onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and cumin. I poured a little bit of water in the dish and put it in the oven at 420 degrees. My stove is gas so it cooks quickly. I don't know if I left it in too long, but I am eating it right now.

So far, I have created 11 products for my online store. I want to have 31 products by the end of this month. I am also thinking of going on Fiverr to get people to advertise for me...
I have been writing different blog posts on my site, so I hope it is leading people to my website. I have been covering several topics using prompts from blogging challenges. The prompts have been helpful because I am low on ideas.

I have been so so busy lately. I wish I had internet in my apartment like I used to. Then I would be on here every day and night keeping track of my goals. As I said, I have been busy. My days have been full of goal related projects so I am running around completing my goals!
I have an art show an April and a book signing this month. I was on the radio and the featured visual artist at a dance. I have people wanting me to be the director over things like music and camps, making curriculums. I laugh at the irony of this because I have been working for all of these opportunities to happen for over 13 years and no movement was made. Now, suddenly, in one year, everything is happening not simply month to month, but all at once, back to back.
I am glad that this is happening now because I am now prepared and willing to handle it all. At 14, 17, or 25, I would not have been able to handle all of these opportunities without being overwhelmed. I would not have believed in myself enough to be successful. But at this point, I am willing and able and I plan to succeed! I will keep you updated.

So yes, I have been going through a lot of stuff since February 13th. It is not all bad stuff, mostly good. The bad part is that my stupid phone decided it was not going to have internet anymore. Seriously, out of all of the technical things that could have happened, it had to be my phone. But I guess it caused me less distraction but it threw my focus off. I was in my friend's play about lynching, her husband made a documentary about it and I am in that as well. We have performed at two colleges so far, me and six others. People have given us all a good response. I went on my friend's radio show to promote it. So I have been having fun. I will keep people updated on what is happening. Talk soon!

I realized that I was investing my energy in other people's dreams, but what about MY dreams? Why am I so hesitant to invest the same passion in my goals? I will have to truly work on this lesson this week. I have to start telling myself the truth and create my destiny.

Week 4
"Amplify Your Personal Power By Being All In"
Yes, this week was a wonderful example of me being all in. I forced myself to be disciplined and go do my exercises at my friend's gym. I felt very empowered. I felt in complete control of my life. I decided to stop waiting for the right moment and just do what I said I was going to do. I asked people questions about my goals. I am going to be registering for a belly dancing class soon! I need to get back to reading and back on schedule. I feel like I am starting to align with my goals more quickly because I am prepared.

I know this is strange, but I feel as if my soul mate is near and I can feel love growing inside of my heart. Something is happening and I know he must be near but where. I just want him to come into my life, we don't have to date immediately, just be friends.

I know my soulmate is out there. I just have to draw him to me! I have been meditating everyday imagining who he is, where could he be. I am trying to be outside more so that I can be seen... I am reading "Calling in the One" and carrying a rose quartz and chanting throughout the day. I saw a very handsome guy and he caught my eye. I think we glanced at each other. I am going to find a way to draw him back to me. He looks interesting.

At the local college. Working on my projects. Need to take control of my whole world. My focus on my goals is going to be off of the chain. I am a creative genius, I eliminate all barriers! I look bored but I am contemplating how I am going to conquer!!!

I just got my badge for one of my three jobs so I am excited about it. I don't know when I begin though.

"Create a Plan That Gets You Jumping Out of Bed Every Morning"
I did not get a chance to work on my five year plan but I started it at least. I am consistently working on it to make it more exciting! This week really showed me that I need a plan to stick to and not to divert from it so much.

January 24 -Day 24
I had a better day today than yesterday. I was still kind of bummed out but my boss at the bookstore gave me some great advice and it helped me to keep my head up. I had been stressing myself out thinking about my whole future, but I need to realize that I am in control of my life and I can make bold moves if I choose to do so.

I dressed well for my job orientation today I was so tired from the whole bus experience but I was happy when I came home. Home is where my heart is.

Today I cried at the bus stop because I had been waiting an hour in the cold and the bus never came. Then the lady on the phone told me that was the wrong bus stop and I was not familiar with the area. I was under so much stress so it didn't help that I was cold, wearing interview clothes, the bus runs hourly and I don't know the area very well. I think this is the first time I have ever cried over a bus. This was my wakeup call

I really did my best to stay positive with my ex. He apologized for throwing the orange at me. At least I looked cute in my dress. I just couldn't hide the sadness in my face.

I spent most of the day preparing to get my key from my ex of 6 years. He tried to argue with me through texts and it caused me such stress. I had spent all day meditating trying to end this all peacefully. He drove up in his new girlfriend's car and gave me the key. I tried to give him an orange as a positive parting gift. He wouldn't take it. I gave it to him anyway. He threw it in the street like it was trash and sped off when I went to go get it. 6 years and you throw an orange at me. I was so overwhelmed and felt so insulted because I had spent several days mentally preparing for good bye. I had dressed up to look pretty only to be ignored. There is a lesson in this and I am stronger now.

I am on the bus. Today was long, day 1 at my job. I love my job at the bookstore. I am still trying to be more upbeat. Bought myself strange presents.

Yesterday, I worked out at my friend's gym. It hurt, I thought I would vomit but I did not. I was motivated to keep pushing by channeling my anger. I am scheduled to work out again this Saturday.
I start a new job tomorrow and another one next week.

I am 27 with a BA in English and visual art, author of four published books, muralist, avid reader, polite, don't smoke, drink or try to backstab, apologize when I am wrong, listen, I have no kids but he decides to get with that other girl who backstabs everybody because I am poor and she isn't? WOW. After I was with him during his poverty. Six years down the drain. Deactivated Facebook but will reactivate in December 2017 when I am rolling in cash with a six pack, waist length hair and skin like a doll. Let's see who will be crying in the end, traitor. Didn't even have the decency to tell me you are dumping me and dating my enemy. Mannnnn this is a golden link in the Chain of my good! In the end, I will be the winner! You watch and see!

Maaaaan I am SO mad. Last night found out my boyfriend who of 6 years was dating one of my friends and living with her. Both of them are snakes. He must think I am about to cry over him. Boy BYE

I am so exhausted but in several hours I am going to be having my first work out session with a trainer. The trainer is my friend and he owns a fitness place.

There is another job opportunity. I took a drug test for it yesterday. It is program director of an after-school program. $12.50 hourly.
So I have a part-time job at the bookstore. $8.00 and it is about 10 to 20 hours a week. This is the one highlight of my week.
