Watch no TV for a week
It has been over a month now since I have watched the news. It has been so good for my mental health.

Summer of 2011 - the weather was glorious in Weymouth and i didnt watch for over a month - never once did i sit in front of the box but sat out on my bridge in front of the chimnea talking and laughing with friends or watching the flames on my own. I did not miss it at all!! I still dont sit and watch all night every night like i used to - i cant believe i wasted so much time doing it. Plus, with all the ways to catch up via the internet if there is something worth watching you can do it at a much more convenient time like an hour before falling asleep in bed.
