I tried this last night when I couldn't sleep and within 20 minutes, I was relaxed and sound asleep. I'm going to continue doing this once in a while.

Pre-task: Read the book my then-boyfriend bought me on meditation.
Have put in progress because i have tried it but dont have it off pat yet and think i should make a bit more effort - putting it as in progress might spur me on.
