Starting habits is easy... Let's see how we do about keeping them going. Started: working out/rock climbing, flossing, reading more, tracking food, eating better, focusing on work/life balance, etc.
I started doing weight classes in August, and have carried on.
At work I've concentrated on eating salad and eating less items in mayonnaise.
I drink more herbal tea now, instead of coffee.
