Meditate every day for a week
29th March - 10 mins
Totally failed after day one! I leave it too late, and then not manage to fit it in, even though it's 10 minutes. I'll try again this Monday
5th April - 10 mins. New weeks new start
6th April - 10 mins
7th April - 10 mins
8th April - 10 mins - nearly fell asleep because i did it after a long days work!
9th April - 10 mins
10th April - 10 mins, felt very anxious and made me want to cry
11th April - 10 mins! Did it! I feel very proud, I hope I can continue doing it more regularly
