First time was for GCMEs. Second time was for Consumer Solutions. But at this point, I've been to Madrid twice! Beautiful city.
I went to Japan on a research trip for work. Visited Osaka and Tokyo. Wish I'd gone with family, but it was still fun with me and Alicia.
In July of 2014, my loan amount was $17,885.11.
Since then, I've gone back to school for a master's degree in Marketing Research. That loan total ran me another $28,300 or so. Totaling that up (and removing about $800 in assumed payments over the two years before heading back to uni) is about $45,385.

Since then, I've gotten a pretty good job. Anthony and I have made plans to have me debt-free by the time I'm 30, though both my loans are estimating that I shouldn't be done til I'm about 37-40 years old.

As it stands now, on Aug 17, 2019, I've got $22,886.86 left to pay off. Since I grad (...more)
Last year, we went to Germany and Spain for a market research project (GCMEs). This was my first time overseas in Europe. I've since gone back twice: once for my honeymoon with my husband to France and England, and once more with work for more MR and a Global meeting (Italy, Germany, Spain).
Anthony and I went to Paris for our honeymoon!
IDK exactly what day we went (I'm sure Anthony has ticket receipts and whatnot); but we visited Paris, France on our honeymoon. Of course, that's when we went to the L'ouvre!
I'd done this about a year prior with my LS's at a get-together in FL for our AKAversary. This one was just me on my own doing a Class Pass. It was LITERALLY on my own though because I was the only person who signed up for the class!

This was my second time in Spain. Each time I had the ability to practice my Spanish.
Does TopGolf count? I've been there multiple times, but this was the last time I went.
We've bought so many... and only ever got $2 or a free ticket. lol
Snuck this one in before leaving GA

I'm A+! I found out in a routine screening at my job.
Went to Koteewi Archery before this date; but this is when Anthony and I went together for his birthday.
Went to Japan for market research. Got to fly Business Class/Delta One. Amazing Experience!
I taught Anthony to juggle just before we took the trip to Venice! And I have video...

Decorating for Christmas RIGHT NOW.
Mind you, we're late as it's been over a year. But I'm gonna extend this one more year just to see what happens.
We did a lot here. It was cold. And windy. But we went to the MOSH - Museum of Science and History, as well as MOCA - Museum of Contemporary Art. They had a White exhibit, and now we've started calling it the whites only museum because ratchet.

We also went into a sweetshop that's inspired by Alice in Wonderland meets Willy Wonka charm. It was adorable and I wanted to eat everything. One piece of chocolate was like $1,000,000 USD though.

And other stories.

What did we learn?
Snitches get stitches.... But apparently, so does everyone else.

What did we learn?
If you want to have a heist, do it in the pre-surveillance camera era.

Shrimp scampi
Garlic rice
Green beans
Did this one on my own before Mr. C got home. Turned out to be quite the success! If you ignore minor burns... Lol

My Auntie's banana bread. Yum!
Chocolate chip cookies in November

B - Broken

What Did we learn?
F*** the Oswalds.

A - All Is Lost

Because we are either gangstas or big kids depending on where you look in this photo...

Dec. 22 - I use Spanish often at my job. I need to learn better listening skills. I'd better get on that Rosetta Stone!
Anthony and I cook all the time. Not exactly lessons, but it's a lot of fun and I'm learning a lot!
They seem to not have updated anything since the '99 and the 2000... But we still had fun. Saw my Leslie, Chris, Kevin, saw 3D printed shoes, experienced the miracle of life, paid extra for parking, and learned science (Hot & Cold reactions/exploding film canisters)!

Never quite made it over to the planetarium tho... ( ._.)
Jamaica!

Visited the National Mall on my trip North with Steph.
Last thing I did before leaving Fort Myers! With the MeetUp crew.
I gave a few to Akeyl, and I recall specifically Ulyses forcing me to learn once when he'd hurt his back,
Max Fresh Bistro in Fort Myers.

I ate a whole flatbread pizza and got a shoutout from the chef. They all spoke French. It was all in all a pretty cool experience. You got soda in wine glasses,

2) African American History Museum in Orlando (Leadership Fellows)
3) African American Civil War Museum

5) Smithsonian (Didn't get to see much that day)
So, I've technically done this one. Dan helped me make dinner (ziti alfredo with chicken and a Greek salad), and when Akeyl came by, I lit a candle. Not like it was particularly dark anyway, or like it was particularly "dinner."

Either way! This happened!
Have a Sober Mardi Gras with Ashley and Nadia from Leadership Fellows!
Christina got me a jar for our AKAversary! Now to keep change in it...

Working on it. Getting better.
I'm doing this TOO many times recently. smh
I went to one and even read one of my poems in one in the middle of the Fall 11 semester.
I've lived there all semester now. Moved in August 21, 2011.
The rent is significantly too high, however, so I won't be staying past my current lease.
Since that date? Yeah. Exceeded. First 5 people who come to mind, though:
Danny (Skyping him now)
Jerry (kinda)
Zach
Sonya
Shatika
It always takes a minute to pick back up; but I have the general gist.
If community service counts as charity, I've exceeded this.
Thank my organizational affiliations.
I went to Taste of Dallas over the summer. Got a T-shirt and everything.
12.23.11
Am I a pro? Not yet. Not nearly. But I'm doing significantly better than before. I've made quite a few things with Photoshop by now of which I'm quite proud.
I'd say the basics are there.
I've made three at this point.
http://zuakas.wordpress.com
http://frankelsoulfood.com
http://thegirlwiththefro.moonfruit.com

They're all from blog sites or builders, but they're all my doing! I'm proud of them.
I played Hide and Seek in IKEA with Dan. He had no idea what was going on for the first portion of the game.
I'd like to do this one again. ^_^

I'm chauffeuring my dad everywhere now. It's pretty legit at this point.
School got in the way of consistent practice, but I'd say I have the basics down.
I made two birthday cakes for two people. Only one was delivered in time, though....
I'm not telling what it was, though!
I had one a while ago. It was lovely. Haven't been since, though. Went with Steph, so, yeah. Months ago, it was.
I'm not sure whether I'd mentioned; but we went to Cedar Pointe.
YEEESSSSS!!!!
2012, Baby!
I made a cake for Dan, a cake for Lee, and cookies for my sisters.
As a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, this was bound to happen.
Recently, I went to Clean the World with the Leadership Fellows program in Orlando.
I'm thinking of having a soap drive at USF.
I walked to the NPHC Delegate Retreat in the Marshall Center, and I've also walked to my Telecom class twice this semester.
Dan got me to try calamari at Carrabba's on my first official un-birthday (September 4th).
I already did one for The Poets at USF during an open mic.

I missed a week, apparently. I'm just going to do two today.

2.Which is worse, failing or never trying?
I actually read a book that discussed this. It's worse to never try. People tend to have regrets over things going badly, but the worst regrets - the ones that actually get worse over time - are the ones from never trying. Having to wonder "what if" can bog you down much more than knowing what happened. Yes, it sucks to fail, but that often brings enlightenment. Otherwise, you're static and constantly looking back.

3.If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and l (...more)

Well, I had to get to Texas SOMEhow.
The takeoff was terrifying, but the rest of it went well. Here I am!
I randomly spoke to someone in One Oh One on my birthday.
I randomly talked to someone after we left the Mint, but he spoke to me first. Does that count?
I randomly had a conversation about cow suits at Chik-Fil-A today.

Now all I have to do is have a conversation with a complete stranger that somehow manages to become a friendship...
