Since moving to Almaty, Kazakhstan in 2023 I got to hike quite a few times here - there are a lot of beautiful places for that matter so close to my home

After a long three year break I was finally back to surfing.

Maldives, September 2023
On February 11th, 2023 I moved to Almaty Kazakhstan for a exciting new chapter in my life

I actually did quite a few new things in the past 2 years. First of all, I moved to another country (which was pretty new and exciting for me). Secondly, I tried a bunch of stuff here. Like being interviewed and shot for the documentary film, taking classes of improv, slacklining (walking a slackline) and more.
Surprisingly, after moving to Almaty, Kazakhstan in 2023 I got into improv here.
First started going to workshops, then finished a course and now I'm a member of an improv team
This is a photo from our final performance on the course.

Dan Reynolds, Imagine Dragons. Handsome as usual ;)
Oh yes, how much I've missed it! September 2nd 2023, Baku, Azerbaijan, Imagine Dragons.
I was rewatching videos from the concert and reliving the experience for days after that.

My friend persuaded me to make a "Run fast for you mother" trend video, and we did it while vacationing on Maldives

I finally got my proper vacation after starting a new job in 2023.
It was full of activities but I got to spend some relaxing time on the beach as well.

In 2023 I moved to Almaty, Kazakhstan. And actually got to wakesurf quite a few times here on Lake Kapchagay

Actually did it on my 35th birthday this year, January 10th 2022 =) So kind of closed my 'Things done by 35' list with it haha
The dogs were absolutely wonderful! These are The Siberian Husky - such sweet, fun, loving creatures. We got to pet and cuddle them afterwards which was great.

I had an amazing experience of stargazing in Kamchatka, Russia, in 2020. It was truly a magical night - we were in a hot tub on the shore of the Pacific Ocean relaxing after a few hours of surfing. The night was falling quickly, and suddenly all these stars began to fill up the sky. I've never seen so many stars! They were endless. I saw shooting stars, The Big Dipper (Ursa Major), millions of other stars and constellations I don't know, and for the first time in my life I saw The Milky Way! Incredible experience. Starry nights are the best.
I also did stargazing with a friend in Dahab, Egypt, in the beginning of 2021, with a special app and stuff. It was more of an educational experience rather than just pure enjoyment =)

Even though I've lived in Russia for my whole life, I started exploring it only when the pandemic started, in 2020. Before that I always chose Europe or US or other places. But when the international travel became unavailable, I had no choice other than to turn my face towards the wonders of my own country. And if there are few things I am grateful for because of this pandemic, a 'forced' opportunity to switch my travel focus to Russia for a bit is definitely one of them.
So one of my first major travels in Russia happened in August 2020 to Kamchatka, a peninsula in the Russian Far East. I honestly never imagined I would be in such an awe of our nature. It is absolutely an amazing place. I love to recall waking up next to the Pacific Ocean, surfing in the coldest and wildest waters, climbing the volcanos and mountains, meeting wild animals, kayaking, stargazing in a hot tub on the ocean beach, watching sunrises and sunsets, relaxing in hot mineral springs, eating red caviar until I can't look at it anymore, watching the ocean for hours.. I can go on and on. This is a place I would definitely want to come back to one day. It's so worth visiting.

Aaamazing place! Been the first time as a child with my parents (don't remember much) and then in 2016 as an adult on my own. First time trying surfing, first time riding a scooter, first time climbing a volcano =) Definitely wanna come back and stay for a few months.
Watched Tigers from Clemson university in September, 2016 (don't even remember who they were playing with) - understood nothing in American football's rules but still enjoyed it haha
Took some pictures and shot some videos underwater in Egypt in the beginning of 2021.
Did snorkeling in The Blue Hole in Dahab, Egypt in the beginning of 2021. It's a beautiful but scary place - many divers found their end at the bottom of this sinkhole.
So far swam in the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian Ocean
I looove Broadway! So far I've seen the Lion King (Aug, 2008 - my first musical on Broadway and my lifelong dream), Chicago (Sept, 2009), Once (Jan, 2014), Aladdin (Nov, 2014), The Book of Mormon (Sept, 2016). And I'm not planning to stop on this =)
Been to Washington Wizards vs Detroit Pistons in 2014 in Washington DC, US
When I was learning to drive, the training car had a manual transmission. However after I got my driver's license, I started driving only automatic ones - my own car and every rent car abroad. It was up until 2018 when I got into a situation where I needed a car but there were no available vehicles with an automatic transmission, just with manual ones. So after 8 years of driving automatic cars I decided to try to recall how to drive a stick. Surprisingly, even though it was bumpy in the beginning, I loved it! From that moment on I'm renting only manual cars during trips where it is possible. It is much cheaper, more available options, and I genuinely enjoy these rides =)
Just the best. My favorite TV show of all time. Never gets old, never gets boring. Thank you, Friends, for pulling me out of my darkest times and teaching me to laugh at myself. Love forever.
One of my favorite of all time =) This and Friends. Can watch over and over again.
The Incredible Hulk roller coaster at Universal Orlando in 2012 =) I'm not usually a fan of roller coasters but that one was a killer! We started our day in the theme park with it, and it turned out the best decision ever - such a boost of fun and energy for the day =)
Saw one in Moscow, Russia, unfortunately don't remember what it was and when. The second one was called La Khovantchina ("Хованщина"), and I watched it in Paris, France, in 2013.
I am not an opera fan, to be honest, but that one was truly strong.

Around 2002 went to the presentation of a new book by my favorite author at the time, Andrey Belyanin. Got myself a signed book, still have it =)
Love paddleboarding / SUP! Especially on the sea at sunset =)
Took one in 2014, and made this cute cup. Still have it =)
Watched 'La Bayadère' ballet at the Bolshoi Theatre on May, 12th 2021.
Tried it for the first time in 2021
November, 5th 2021 =) I started volunteering at this animal shelter a few months prior, without actually planning the adoption at the moment, but once I met this gentle giant on my very first day, I just fell in love with him. The rest is history, but now he is mine - my Merry Christmas and Happy New Year miracle =)
Ok, 'The Lion King' was my favorite movie of all time since I was a child. I've been wanting to watch it on Broadway since I heard this show existed (I think, I saw its ad on DVD and it was years and years before I even considered in reality going to America). So my wish finally came true in August 2008, and it was as amazing as I thought it would be =)
So, dream y'all! Dream big and small, and one day you might just find yourself looking back at your list and crossing off all the things you put in years ago =)

Drove on the left side of the road for the first time in Bali in 2016 on a scooter (which is also was for the first time).
On my second day in Bali, 2016, I hopped on a scooter for the first time in my life =)
Sunrise on Mount Batur (active volcano) in Bali, 2016.
Finally started volunteering at the animal shelter last year (summer 2021). First time there I met this giant and..half a year later it 'accidentally' became mine =)
Did canoeing in Saint-Petersburg, FL in 2015.
Went to Vegas with my sister in 2019 as a part of my big West Coast trip - we stayed and gambled in MGM, mostly Blackjack, and even won 80 bucks each!
Actually made a few over the years but so far (by May 2022) the most memorable are: 'Self-isolation' that was made during first months of Covid pandemic https://youtu.be/Hc1nOqbdnII and a parody for Justin Bieber's music video 'I'll show you' https://youtu.be/YEsAamCbtkk

Visited the Grand Canyon in October 2019, but only had a couple of hours left so drove around to catch a few great views. Wanna come back and hike.
Did coasteering in Mallorca in 2017 - the highest cliff was 12 meters high.
Visited the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando in November 2012 with a friend. Loved it!
Later had a pleasure of another visit but this time in Universal Studios Hollywood in October 2019 with my sister.

Visited Antelope Canyon in October 2019 as a part of my amazing West Coast road trip.
January 2022, in Murmansk, Russia. It was one of the most extraordinary experiences ever. Such an amazing feeling - to watch the nature draw its picture on the sky.
So far (by May 2022):
--Been a few times on 'Projectorparishilton' TV show taping (Moscow), where watched Hugh Jackman in September 2011 (he was aaaaamazing) and Will Smith in May 2012 (he was pretty great too)

One of the best things ever! Happened in September 2016 in US (New York) - we couldn't buy tickets beforehand (the prices were crazy) but decided to go and try it anyway. Drove to the concert and looked for available tickets from vendors around - amazingly we got two great places, no scam, everything went smooth and we could enjoy Adele in her full power!
Been to Imagine Dragons 3 times: 1 in US - 2015, 2 in Russia - July 2017 and August 2018. Plan to go again when I have a chance =)
Been dreaming about seeing Pink on stage for ages, and in July 2019 finally did it - at her concert in Berlin, Germany
Been attending group lessons for about a year or so (in 2016). Now just love to play from time to time with my father - it's kind of our thing.
Ok, I played a lot in my childhood but then completely forgot about it (didn't even know I still had it). And in 2014 I accidentally found my console again and took another couple of rounds, and then repeated it a few times with my friends haha.
My favorite games were always Sonic the Hedgehog 1&2, Aladdin and Lion King.
My favorite games were always Sonic the Hedgehog 1&2, Aladdin and Lion King.
I ADORE audio books and just recently listened to all 7 Harry Potter books with Stephen Fry as a narrator - he is my favorite.
Visited Stockholm for New Year 2018 and, of course, we went to this bar. For a moment there I felt like an ice queen haha
Did it in October 2019 with my lovely sister =)
Did not smoke or ate anything from that street but enjoyed the views =)
Did not visit all 5 villages, just the one - Monterosso al Mare - but still =)
Was in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia just for a few hours - had a transfer there flying back home from Bali. Got to walk around the city, and of course had to take a look at the famous towers.
Last time I watched the Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace was in April 2019 during the trip with my family =)
Most memorable visit was in March 2011 - we went to a lot of Gaudí places in Barcelona that time.
Did not drive the whole route, just a part of it in Arizona - also stayed the night in the cutest little town Williams right on that road.
Finally tried it for the first time in summer 2021, and loved it! Can't believe wasted so many years not realizing there is a true option of surfing for Moscow people..
Learnt properly in Egypt (Dahab) in January 2021 but didn't like much. Still a fan of a 'regular' surfing.
Have been playing for quite a few years now and even participated in a couple of amateur tennis tournaments
Love Europe!
Visited a lot of countries as a child with my parents but don't remember much =( However, I started making new memories of Europe once I grew up - so far (by May 2022) visited a few times Italy, France, Spain (been to both mainland and islands Mallorca and Tenerife), Portugal (also mainland and island Madeira), Germany. Been to Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Sweden, Hungary, Monaco. With one foot touched Switzerland and Slovenia.
Oh, does UK count as Europe? If so, been there a few times as well.

Went to two drum schools, played 3 school concerts, my signature song is 'It's time' by Imagine Dragons =)
But (by May 2022) I haven't learnt drums to a level where I could just jam. That should be my next goal here =)

Been a few times, the last time was in 2019 - went there together with the family: my parents, my sister and me. Due to some stuff was a challenging trip but have such great memories of it.
One of my favorite countries in the world. Been many times, wanna come back again and again and live there some day.
I first surfed in Bali - a perfect place for your first lessons and tryouts. Then there also were Portugal (both mainland and island Madeira), Morocco, San Diego (US), Kamchatka (Russia). Everytime it's surf schools and soft boards. Now I wanna also start trying surfing on my own and on a hardboard.
Did mostly indoors however one time actually climbed a real rock over the sea in Mallorca in 2017 as a part of coasteering experience.
Took in 2014 as a part of my tryouts in production.
Went to Vegas with my sister in 2019 as a part of my big West Coast trip - we stayed and gambled in MGM, mostly Blackjack, and even won 80 bucks each!
Used to take contemporary dance classes where met two of my closest friends.
Love Italy!
Took a few actually, but yoga is not my favorite to be honest, I'm more of a pilates gal. Though yoga on fresh air can be pretty enjoyable.
Love it! Swimming in the night under the moonlight in a 'birthday suit' - powerful connection with the nature. Done it in lakes, seas and oceans. Plan to continue =)
Haven't hiked or anything (didn't have time) but got to drive around and see some great views. Wanna come back and hike.
Actually do it from time to time. Never won anything big. Who are those people who win real money?!
I've done a few actually. Looove road trips. To this day (May 2022) the most memorable are:
-amazing road trip with my sister in June 2018 across France - from Paris to Nice with a quick visit to Monaco and San Remo, Italy
-two weeks driving around Morocco in October 2018 with friends - from Casablanca to mountains to Marrakesh to Agadir to Essaouira and back to Casablanca
